The anti lock braking system activates when coming to a stop on dry pavement. Typically 10 miles per hour and less. This happens almost 40% of the time when stopping. We almost ran in to the back of a parked vehicle. A recall was performed in january of 2007 but I am wondering if this was actually fixed or just replaced with the same parts that went bad.
