Anti-lock system on vehicle engages at a very slow speed. *Mr the vehicle would not stop. The consumer was informed that the front hub sensors dropped out. The consumer knew a person that experienced the same problem in which that person was informed that the problem would occur between 50k and 55k miles on these vehicles. The consumer experienced problems with the brakes. *Jb when the brakes were applied, the brake pedal vibrated and went completely to the floor, there was no pressure in the brake pedal. *Ak there was also a grinding noise occurring at the same time. The consumer stated the problem was sporadic. The dealership was unable to duplicate the problem. In some instances, the consumer was unable to stop the vehicle. Dt: for no reason and at low speeds the anti lock brakes activate. Happens most of the time when brake is applied. Dealer says the sensors are dirty, had the sensors cleaned ,but problem is still there. Had one sensor replaced at advice of gm dealer, and the problem is still there (left front). Has talked to manufacturer, and is not satisfied with what they are doing. Pulled fuse to deactivate anti-lock brakes. Service brakes, hydraulic · reported at 80,000 miles
