Having problems with 2000 Nissan Xterra always dyeing while running and having to have it pulled home, like the gas is running out, now it won't start,been having trouble for eight months,I can't get it started to take it to a dealer,the new battery I put in it is completely dead, but when charger put on it, it cuts out so bad it wont run I had a fuel filter put in it ,started to town had to have it towed home. The fuel injector failed and the vehicle stalled while driving. The consumber exited the vehicle wiggled the battery cable and the vehicle started. The vehicle was driven to the dealer where the fuel injector was cleaned and later it needed to be replaced at the owners expense. The contact owns a 2000 Nissan Xterra. While driving at any speed, the vehicle would hesitate and then shut off without warning. The failure occurred ten or more times. The vehicle would not always restart immediately. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and they replaced the fuel sensor. The current mileage was 135,000 and failure mileage was 134,000.
