Dt: the contact owns a 2000 GMC Sierra pickup truck. When applying brake pressure at low speeds the brakes did not work. This was only at low speeds. There were no other problems with the brakes. The vehicle has not been to a dealer. A recall was issued, but it did not include this vehicle. It only covered the salt belt states. This truck was in a southern state. Dt: the contact had recall 05v37900 repair work done on the anti lock brakes. Approximately one month later, while applying the brakes, he heard a loud grinding noise. The consumer was only going 8-10 mph and the consumer traveled 200-300 feet before he was able to come to a stop. The front and rear rotors rusted prematurely. The dealership repaired the rotors three times, but the consumer is still having the same problems. Please provide more information. *Jb all these replacement rotors had very low mileage on them and would not pass pennsylvania state inspections. They were a.C. Delco gm replacement rotors.
