Without warning, the transmission began to leak - approximately 1 quart a week - and became difficult to shift. At times it simply failed to go into gear. Upon diagnosis of the leak, I was informed that a differential pin had come loose and began destroying the interior of the differential. $1850 To repair on a 3 year old vehicle. Dt: contact states vehicle can be changed from any gear without pressing the brake. The contact's son got into the vehicle while it was running. Took it out of gear without holding the brakes, which resulted in the vehicle crashing through a garage door. Vehicle was in park for 5 minutes, with the ignition off, and jumped out of gear going forward and then in reverse. Consumer's children were in vehicle with another adult.
