I contacted general motors when I found out they had a recall on the windshield wiper failure. They told me my vehicle was not on the recall even though it fits the recall criteria. They want me to pay for a diagnosis before they will offer 10% off for replacement parts and labor. The little man doesn't stand a chance without the help of orginazations like yourself. Nhtsa#98-v-150-001:vehicle description: light duty pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles, 2 and 4-wheel drive. Shoulder joints near the wiring harness connector can crack causing the windshield wipers to work intermittently. Consumer states intermittently windshield wipers become inoperable obstructing the drivers view. This vehicle is not include due to the vin# dealer notified. Ts Visibility
