While driving on highway at about 65 mph engine cooling system started to act up, and temperature gauge inside vehicle started to reach the overheating area, and then engine blew. Contacted dealer, and dealer said they will take a look at vehicle. *Ak thermostat had been replaced twice and gallons of water and antifreeze had been put into the radiator several times before the incident occured. Engine and engine cooling
My car was repaired under the safety recall notice for the engine cooling fans. This defect was not discovered and corrected until after it had also caused $1900 of collateral damage to the water pump and the a/c condenser and system. Ford contends these other items are my responsibility to repair ($1900). I contend they would not need repair had it not been for the defective fan assembly that failed. Engine and engine cooling
