During first incident driver was traveling on rt 17 and was able to pull over to the side of the road safely. The windshield wipers failed intermittently. A recall was issued (recall #97v017000) for this model year but the consumers vehicle was not included due to vin. The consumer called the manufacturer who stated that not all 1995's were recall because they didn't want the dealers to be overwhelmed with the wiper repairs. They also indicated that more vins would be released. *Ak *cb *nlm Visibility
