Consumer had recall 99v215000 repaired for a leaking fuel rail repaired previously. However, there was a fuel smell present in passenger's compartment. Upon examination it was found that fuel rail was leaking fuel on top of the engine and pooling there. A private mechanic was currently fixing this problem. Please provide any additional information/attachments. Fuel system, gasoline
Fuel rail leaked fuel. Chrysler refused to replace. I had to replace at my own cost. In march, this year Chrysler issued safety recall. I sent in invoices from dealer for $500. Chrysler sent me $200. I feel I'm entitles to additional $300; after all, I t was Chrysler's failure to provide a safe vehicle. Fuel system, gasoline
