When traveling at any speed and upon depressing the brake pedal ,the brakes fail at any given time, causing the consumer to run red lights/run up on curbs and has even caused a near accident, but no one was injured. At 98,000 mi vehicle was taken to dealer for abs brake system failure repair. Dealer did only what was required on the recall.
