Reading the numbers
Across the 6 model years of the Chevrolet Corsica in this data, 1991 draws comparatively few complaints; 1992 is the outlier year.
Filings have fallen off, 13 in the last three years against 22 in the three before. That is normal as a generation leaves the road.
In owners' own words
Owner states that lights and turning signal which also controls the high/low headlight beams and other lights failed. When lever is pulled headlights may go out completely, causing loss of lighting. Exterior lighting
The headlight switch failed to work properly. Cannot turn the high beams off. Whenever the steering wheel is turned in a certain direction, the headlights would go dim. Exterior lighting
There is a short in the steering column area which causes the low beams not to work, driver has to use the high beams when driving. Dealer has been contacted. Exterior lighting
