Rear hatch does not open. You can not manually open it from outside or inside. My wife had a flat on the highway and could not change her tire as she could not access it. The hatch as failed on the button on the dash, the remote key fob and the foot opener under bumper. This is so dangerous for safety to exit the car from inside and well as getting to spare tire. With less than 700 miles on the new car, my instrument cluster went black. I took it to the selling dealer who kept it for several days and said they couldn't replicate the issue. I was informed when they returned my car that when they first started the car my issue was not there. We received several text message warning from Lincoln. Photo attached. The dashboard would not light up when the vehicle was started. Stopped and started 3 times on the 2 hour trip, still not working. The next day, started vehicle to take to dealership, dash began to work?? There is a recall for this problem but my vin is not included??
