Reading the numbers

The median odometer reading at the time of complaint was 20,000 miles.

In owners' own words

Vehicle has a known issue with fuel pump which causes it to randomly turn off. Mine stopped in the middle of a busy service road and I had to get towing and police to help with getting the car off the road and diverting traffic. The car has turned off several other times as well, but the incident on 8/8 was documented via tow receipt. Fuel/propulsion system
While in drive at speed the car would stall and all warning lights would indicate errors such as service engine, auto stop start fault, electronic throttle control, among others. The car could not be put into neutral, and would not restart for several minutes ( 30 minutes). This problem had occured previously (three times before). Fuel/propulsion system
Been waiting to have this recall repaired for months. I started the car and excessive amount of fuel was injected into the combustion chamber, cause a smoke cloud. Fuel/propulsion system
