In owners' own words

The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. While driving at very low speeds, the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration and lurched forward on several occasions, nearly striking a pedestrian. The vehicle was taken to mountain view Chevrolet (2109 e. Main street, mountain view, ar), but the cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 18,000. Power train · reported at 18,000 miles
Transmission is faulty, has been to the dealer where I purchased several times, they flushed the trans 2 or 3 times then finally rebuilt the transmission with around 60,000 miles. Now I'm at 70,000 miles and having transmission problems again. It surges between gears, sometimes feels like I've been rear ended and sometimes seems to skip a gear and be in neutral for a few seconds before clucking into gear. Power train
Transmission shudder at speed. Hard shifts at slow speed. Appears to be well documented across this site and other forums. It appears the oil used in the transmissions was defective (per chevy) . Tsb - 16-na-175 and tsb 18-na-355. Hopefully adding to the long list of complaints helps get chevy to issue a "recall" or something similar to resolve the issue with the flush procedures or similar fixes.
