In owners' own words
Experience transmission shudder while driving vehicle. Could cause issue while passing other vehicles due to loss of power. The amount of money these newer vehicles are charging, transmission shifting should be flawless. Not sure if this is going to get worse and cause an accident. Could it jump gears while trying to come to a stop? This is ongoing and needs to be addressed and a remedy by the manufacturer soon. Power train
There is an active service bulletin for 2017 Chevy Colorados. My vin does not fall under that service bulletin. I started two case numbers with Chevy. My truck is in the shop for ref service bulletin # 18-NA-355. Same problem and the same fix. Mine got so bad the control arms need replaced. Please add my vin to the service bulletin so Chevy will take responsibility for their manufacturing mess up. Thank you. Power train
