Multiple calls to Ford dealership to schedule appointment to have recall fix and they say they add me to the list and will call me back when appiontments available. Despite multiple requests I have never been able to get an appointment. Filed complaint with Ford motor company and they said dealers are independently owned and they cannot control them. 2015 Ford Transit. Consumer writes in regards to transmission problems and requests vehicle buy-back information. *Ld the consumer stated the vehicle does not have 6 cylinders and requested that the data entry error be corrected with the mva.
