We have had repeated issues with the transmission failing on this vehicle. The vehicle will often not accelerate from a stop or to pass another vehicle. The transmission will shudder, jerk, and emits a high pitched whine. We have nearly had several accidents with this vehicle because it cannot get out of the way. The dealer replaced the transmission about 6 months ago and the problems are even worse now. Power train
