It has been on recall since january 2019, which is almost an entie year. They don't seem to be able to issue parts or airbags in a timely matter. There are times when im driving with a passanger that a message comes on due to the passengers saftey. I don't recall the exact wording bu it comes on, on occasion and not every time someone is sitting in the front passengers seat. There is no 1 date I can put below Air bags

Unknown - A light has come on stating the driver airbag is not functional. I am fearful of driving my vehicle worried that if I am in an accident the airbag will not protect me. I have never been in an accident in this vehicle and have maintained it promptly on all services and maintenance. I have always valued the Mercedes brand this is my 3rd vehicle and I am saddened that this has happened. Air bags
