Filings have fallen off, 14 in the last three years against 25 in the three before. That is normal as a generation leaves the road.

The median odometer reading at the time of complaint was 57,868 miles.

In owners' own words

Cadillac Cue Radio spider web cracked. After doing further research I have found that GM has been aware of the issues and has still yet to do a recall or work with people on replacing them at no cost as the radio screen is something out of the consumer hands. The whole touch screen will go out as I’ve read and not be able to use any radio function or control anything else the radio screen does. Electrical system
The vehicle will suddenly shut down. This happened while driving in traffic. The whole car just stopped. With no control, I was able to pull off the side of highway. The flashers was the only thing working. From time to time it would appear that the battery was dead but it was a new battery. My fear is that the the will do this on the interstate. Also, the glove compartment does not work. Electrical system · reported at 38,000 miles
Radio, navigation, cd, any media connection: cannot access anything except the 5 saved stations can be accessed by the controls on the steering wheel. Power windows: on two occasions we found all four windows down and the car was locked. First time, when we returned to our vehicle in a walmart parking lot. Second time, the vehicle was parked and locked in our carport. Electrical system · reported at 37,500 miles
