When driving my vehicle on a highway once reaching the acceleration speed of 65-75 the car sounds as if the gears are slipping and squeal once it kicks in. Stopped at dealership on our way back to our home state. They tested and recommended replacing the cvt. This apparently had an extended warranty in 2017. Will my car still be covered. My 2011 Subaru Legacy has suddenly been experiencing terrifying shuddering and stalls when I come to a stop too abruptly. In my case my vehicle stalled at a stop light almost causing an accident. This is due to a faulty torque converter that has affected 1.5 Million other Subaru owners. Subaru has not addressed this issue as a recall. I feel unsafe in my car.
