In owners' own words
The problems started with the new battery going dead for no reason until I installed security cameras on our house and saw the head lights would randomly turn on and off running the battery dead when the car was parked in the driveway. Then the windshield wipers would come on and not turn off and sometimes the car wouldn't start and when it did on these events it would shake acting like it was running out of gas Electrical system · reported at 140,000 miles
The contact owns a 2008 Jeep Liberty. The contact was driving 65 mph when the front end started to shake abnormally. In addition, the vehicle stalled several times and sporadically, would fail to start. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer where the dealer replaced the electrical wiring harness. The repair did not remedy the stalling or shaking failure. The failure mileage was 26,000. Electrical system · reported at 26,000 miles
Vehicle is experiencing a tipms failure causing the door locks to not function along with sporadic events where all the gauges will go dead, all the warning lights will turn on, radio won't shut off, wipers turn on even when they are set to the off position. All of this occurs while driving the vehicle. Turning off the vehicle fixes everything except the door locks for a random period of time. Electrical system · reported at 89,000 miles
