We have a 2007 Suzuki xl-7. The side and back airbags deployed for no reason. We have a police report stating no accident or damage to the vehicle. Suzuki will not take any responsibility for their product, geico cannot do anything unless they get a written statement from Suzuki who refuses to talk to them and now me. The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki XL7. The contact was driving 35 mph when both the driver and passenger frontal air bags deployed and exploded independently. The dealer was contacted and advised that there were no recalls for the failure and no further assistance was offered. The manufacturer was not contacted and the vehicle was not repaired. Passenger side seat is not recognizing a passenger is in the seat, so air bag is off and alert light stays on and off periodically. The light comes on once we are stationary and may go off and on as the car is in motion. Vehicle has 72200 miles a and I am worried the air bag will not deploy if needed.
