Intermittent failure of the electric power steering system. I read that other gm products with the same problem were being recalled, but not the Saturn. I was told that because I had a salvage title my vehicle would not be repaired under special coverage adjustment, eventhough it is listed as eligible by year, mileage, and vin number. I feel that this defect should be corrected and would be under a recall. Steering · reported at 60,000 miles
