"Takata recall" visited the local dealership in metairie, la to have recall taken care of. They said they would contact me when they were ready to fix problem. My wife and I are senior citizens and are afraid to sit as a passenger of our own car. Why is this taking so long. Over a year since we received notice. Can we demand the use of a similar loaner car? There has been a recall on the front passenger air bag, produced by takata, and the my Lexus dealer in schaumburg, illlinois, has not contacted metro fix the problem. It has been too long. I had filed a complaint over the phone with you in february ( #10957566). Can you please let me know what is going on and how much time longer I am supposed to wait...This is ridiculous ! Air bags
