The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300. The contact attempted to place the gear in drive but was unable to move the gear shifter. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostics where the technician advised that the gear shifter would have to be replaced but did not guarantee the failure was caused by failure of the gear shifter. Ignition switch broke, undriveable, completely disabled, had to call wrecker for transportation. I bought this car with 6 miles on it. I have maintained it carefully. I bought a new vehicle for dependable transportation. I recently paid it off so I could be out of car debt.
