Reading the numbers
Filings have fallen off, 8 in the last three years against 32 in the three before. That is normal as a generation leaves the road.
The median odometer reading at the time of complaint was 28,280 miles.
In owners' own words
Headlights mounted on 2005-6 trucks and suv's are mounted much too high on the vehicles. They blind oncoming autos and even cause severe eye discomfort through the rear view mirror when said vehicle is stopped behind you in traffic. Everyone I know sayes the same thing. How many accidents will happen before those in charge wake up and change this??????????????????????????? Exterior lighting
My complaint is with headlights on newer cars and trucks. Why do we need them so bright. Why do we need high beams. They just blind all drivers. Exterior lighting
The contact owns a gm aftermarket air deflector (part number: 1927884) being used on a 2012 GMC acadia. The contact was driving 70 mph when the center plastic tie fractured and caused the deflector to crash into the windshield of the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The deflector was not replaced. The serial number and vin was not available. The failure mileage was unavailable. Equipment
