Starter coils on my 2002 Audi A6 failed. Dealer replaced 4 failed starter coils, but unable to replace other 2 until they fail. Recent news article cited a4's, but my A6 had problem Electrical system
After parking the car it caught on fire from the dashboard the firemen came and extinguished the fire and said it was from the electrical fire from the dashboard. Electrical system · reported at 90,000 miles
