: The contact stated a nhtsa recall letter #06v199000 regarding engine and engine cooling:cooling system:fan was received. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who replaced the radiator fan but charged the contact for a relay switch part and labor. I called the dealer about this notice and they told me that they would not be able to help me for another 6 weeks. I thought that this was too long to get my vehicle checked out, especially with this being a manufacturers defect. Engine and engine cooling
