1999 Volvo S80 has issues with recall notice on the electronic throttle system software. Consumer wants a refund for the defects on the vehicle. *Nj prior to the recall, the consumer noticed some irregularities regarding the performance such as the service engine light illuminated and when the vehicle was on an uphill and the accelerator was applied, the vehicle would not move.
