Tire tread separated; carlisle st205/75r14 purchased new with eagle brand boat trailer (vin [xxx], model b20-50tb) manufactured december 1998 by johnston acquisition corp., 13Th street, wyandotte, mi. Dangerous tread separation while highway traveling. This has occurred on four different occasions, resulting in damage to travel trailer including the cutting of electric brake wiring an damage to undercarriage. This same type of tire failure occured, 04/06/01, 03/02/01, 12/13/00. A voq report was made on 09/04/01 to nhtsa. Tires
Had 1st blow out in january 2002 no damage to motor home . Took tire to fireston dealer and he replaced it for free.2Nd blowout happined 8-24-02 caused about $1500.00 Damage to my motorhome. Went out today and replaced all 7 tires with goodyear tires. Tires
