Consumer request assistance re the difficulty he is experiencing in getting Ford to replace the firestone tires on his 1999 Ford Ranger. *Nm the consumer was told that he could replace the recalled tires at any time, free of charge. Tire was original equipment on a 1999 ,Ford Ranger, tire size p245/75r16, dot number not available, tires had 35 thousand miles on them. Upon inspection of vehicle, inspector noticed all four tires were developing cracks on outer edge. Also, tread was separating on outter edge.
