Our pickup has intermiting windshield wipers. Sometimes they stop completely, change speeds, and itermit by themselves while driving. I am aware of nhtsa campaign id number 98v150000, and when I called gm they said our vehicle wasn't one of the recalled vehicles. How do I confirm if or if not my vehicle should be recalled for this problem. Visibility
Windshield wipers failed while vehicle traveling at 70 mph during rain storm. Gm currently has recall for 1994-1996 vehicles for this exact problem (campaign #98043). Gm says that my vin is not on the recall list therefore will not reimburse for repair charges. Getting my vin on the recall list will force gm to reimburse. Visibility
