Contaced dealership, were very difficult said not transfer case said it was clutch, was required to pay for clutch, then car still did not work, they then put on new transfer case even though stating it was not the cause and still there is rear wheels making noise as if there is something inthem. Recall should cover clutch too since it was trf case causing all the damage. Power train
Consumer learned of a transfer case recall; vehicle taken to dealer. Dealer only resealed the case, and told consumer that was all they needed to do. Consumer felt this was not what recall proper correction should be. Seeking nhtsa for help in this matter. Also consumer complained that vehicle hummed from from the transfer case while driving at 80-90 mph. Power train
Clutch,transmission went out at the same time.Transfer case was cracked.Waited 2 months for a replacement transfer case.Chrysler sent a defective transfer case and installed it in my car.Grinding in 1st 2nd 3rd gear.
